A key part of recent success has been attributed to the demand in supporting Data Center development across North America.
This Senior Project Manager appointment is all about growth, with the business targeting to expand x3 it's current size over the coming years. You'll have a strong foundation to build upon with ample opportunity for continued progression within the business, both at a local level and on a global scale.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will plan and run projects with major impact on technology, people, footprint structures, and processes to optimize the overall performance of the site.
- Develop and implement transformations with new ways of working that includes people, processes and investments.
- Developing the new & the existing products as well as transforming the Supply Chain.
- Follow up on the complete project specification, objectives, deliverables, time plan and cost, including own projects and sub-projects.
- Establish clear priorities; schedules activities to ensure optimum use of time and resources; monitors performance against objectives.
- Lead, develop, motivate high performing project teams.
- Manage key stakeholders and provide status update to steering committees and business leaders.
- Support, coach and train local colleagues, be the contact point with Operations Development management team.
- Bachelor of Science required, and Master of Science preferred or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or supply chain.
- 10 plus years of successful experience in projects management. PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and tools;
