A growing behavioral health organization in Oklahoma is seeking an accomplished healthcare Executive Leadership to lead its next phase of growth and community impact as the next Chief Executive Leadership Officer.
The Position- The incoming Chief Executive Leadership Officer will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen physician and community partnerships, enhance operational performance, and expand access to behavioral health services. This leader will support and influence strategic decisions that drive growth across both outpatient service lines and inpatient services. Key priorities include growing outpatient services and increasing inpatient census.
- The successful candidate will provide clear direction and guidance to leaders and staff at all levels, helping to ensure organizational stability, operational excellence, and long-term success.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and accomplished healthcare leader with experience leading a free-standing behavioral health organization. This individual will be forward-thinking, highly engaged with staff, and skilled at building collaborative relationships across the organization.
- The successful candidate will possess strong leadership presence, a clear understanding of organizational expectations, and the ability to work independently without the need for extensive oversight or micromanagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a closely related discipline required; graduate-level education (Master’s degree or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated record of increasing leadership responsibility within hospital, behavioral health, or comparable healthcare organizations.
- Candidates should bring approximately seven or more years of management experience, including several years serving in a senior leadership or Executive Leadership capacity.
- Proven experience overseeing behavioral health operations, including quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and budget management.
