Body Shop Manager

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Swift Collision is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager who is ready to lead a high-performing collision repair operation. What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop technicians, estimators, painters, parts personnel, and support staff.
  • Manage daily production to keep repairs moving efficiently while meeting quality and delivery goals.
  • Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and OEM repair procedures.
  • Improve shop workflow, identify production bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee estimating, blueprinting, supplements, and repair planning to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate parts operations to ensure timely vehicle flow.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.
What We're Looking For
  • Several years of collision repair management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair operations, estimating, production management, and quality control.
  • Experience improving shop processes and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable.
  • Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and insurance repair processes.
  • A commitment to safe, quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction.
