Job Title: Final Inspector
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Shift: First Shift
Reports To: Inspection Supervisor
The Final Inspector checks finished rubber parts to make sure they meet quality standards. This role involves visual inspection, sorting, and counting parts using simple tools and inspection equipment. Attention to detail is important.
Key ResponsibilitiesRemove defective parts (cracks, holes, tears, marks, contamination, etc.)
Report high defect levels to a supervisor
Record accepted and rejected part counts
Perform other duties as assigned
QualificationsAble to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
Able to follow instructions and use basic problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Physical RequirementsMostly seated work
Frequent use of hands and arms (reaching, grasping, handling)
Occasional walking and data entry
Must have good close-up vision, including color vision
