Job Title: Assembly

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012

Shift: 7:00 AM start time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Fridays are typically a half day)

We are hiring for an Assembly role focused on building and testing industrial pump and panel systems. This Assembly position works with mechanical and basic electrical components and supports production of Hammer Pump Skids and Hammer Injection Block Panels. The Assembly role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who is willing to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge
• Electrical assembly experience or basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes

• Build Hammer Pump Skids and Hammer Injection Block Panels
• Receive, clean, test, and assemble Hammer Injection Blocks
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams (or be willing to learn)
• Learn and become proficient in conduit and tubing
• Assist in pulling wire, landing wire, and testing electrical results
• Work closely with the team to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies
