We are seeking to hire a skilled electronics assembler and potting/encapsulating technician to join an ISO 9001- certified manufacturing team. They design and build advanced inspection and tracking systems for the oil and gas industry. The assemblers produce components that go into high-tech field equipment used around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Potting and encapsulating fixtures and assemblies as well as maintaining the equipment used
- Using appropriate procedures, prints and instructions to assembly electronic and mechanical assemblies
- Using bill of material to build kits from inventory and inspect work kits for component and piece part accuracy
- Install and make connections to manufactured electronic sub-assemblies
- Read and understand assembly prints and manufacturing documentation
- High School graduate or equivalent education
- 3 years in a production environmentn
- Potting fixtures or molds with different types of epoxyn
- Installing electronic assemblies
- Soldering experience a plus but not required
- Pump and Pneumatic assembly repair experience a plus
Hours M-F 8am-5pm
Pay starts at $15/hr
