Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

• Perform potting and encapsulation of electronic assemblies using epoxy and related materials
• Set up, maintain, and operate potting fixtures, molds, and equipment
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components following prints, procedures, and work instructions
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
• Pull parts using bills of materials (BOMs) and inspect kits for accuracy
• Install and connect electronic subassemblies and components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Follow all quality standards and safety procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with potting/encapsulation processes and epoxy materials
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Experience installing and assembling electronic components and subassemblies
• Soldering experience is a plus (not required)
• Experience with pump or pneumatic system assembly/repair is a plus
