Productions Supervisor to join their team!

Our client is seeking a proactive Productions Supervisor to oversee and coordinate their daily manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that maintains a vibrant start-up feel while operating as a 24-hour plant. If you're passionate about driving efficiency, quality, and safety, this role is perfect for you!
Required Qualifications &Experience:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/production experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise professional tact and ethics
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Present safety huddles and daily performance board presentation
- Monitor and ensure safe practices are being followed
- Ensure daily people placement at workstations
- Be present during changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
- Monitor and ensure GMP's are being followed
- Communicate with HR on attendance infractions
- Collect and report daily production numbers and inventories
- Communicate with maintenance on mechanical needs
- Supervise Break/Lunch rotations
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience within a cGMP environment
- Previous experience managing a team in manufacturing
- Basic understanding of company product codes and terminology
