Shop Technician 2nd shift at Champion

X (now part of SLB) located in Broken Arrow, OK. Supports the UNBRIDLED Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) Business.

• Second shift generally starts at 3:15 pm, may be 8, 10 or 12 hours depending on workload with some weekend overtime as needed.
• $20+ per hour based on prior experience with a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Assemble and repair pumps and motors, following defined work instructions and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

• Safety-sensitive role may be subject to drug testing.
• Read, understand and speak English.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered.
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required.

• Drug screen.

Medium work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and safety glasses. May stand, walk, stoop, sit, bend, twist, grasp, lift, climb. Requires visual and hearing acuity. Work primarily occurs in a heated and air-conditioned manufacturing environment.

Hazards include proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current or exposure to chemicals. Potential skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
