CNC Machinist

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines using CAM software to produce metallic and non-metallic parts according to specifications;
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, as well as manual mills and lathes as needed;
Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements;
Use precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers, to inspect and verify work throughout the machining process;
Collaborate and confer with engineers, production personnel, programmers, and other team members to resolve machining or assembly problems
