Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible 30 minutes)

About the RoleSeeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our ISO 9001 certified manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble precision electronic components that are integrated into high-performance field equipment used worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCB) using proper SMT and through-hole techniques
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to prints, procedures, and work instructions
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation
- Pull and verify components using bills of materials (BOMs) and inspect kits for accuracy
- Assemble and install electronic subassemblies and components
- Prepare and build wire harnesses, cables, and connectors
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintain attention to detail throughout assembly processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands‑on experience with PCB soldering (SMT and through‑hole)
- Experience with wire harness and cable assembly
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and detail‑oriented team player
- Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvements
