Order Fulfillment Specialist

Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Location:

Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Job Type: Initial Contract (6 Months). Job Order #: 125136.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to support production operations in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for managing inventory movement, kitting materials, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring production teams receive the correct materials on time. If you have warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Required

Experience & Skills
  • Experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling environments (REQUIRED)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred (training available)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Ability to manage priorities and support production deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare, kit, and issue materials according to work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Verify materials for accuracy, quantity, and condition before release to production
  • Process inventory transactions, work orders, and updates in the ERP system
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and system records
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues
  • Fulfill urgent internal production requests quickly and accurately
  • Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors and production teams
  • Safely operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and standard operating practices

  • Fast‑paced role requiring strong organization, urgency, and accuracy
  • Exposure to inventory systems, forklifts, production materials, and active warehouse operations
  • Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and material movement
