Material Handler
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Broken Arrow, OK 74012
Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM Start Time

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support production operations in a weld fabrication environment in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for moving, organizing, staging, and tracking materials to ensure efficient workflow and uninterrupted production.
The ideal Material Handler has previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and experience operating material handling equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Required Experience & Skills- Previous material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, hoists, and related equipment
- Experience with inventory systems and material tracking processes
- Ability to read and follow bills of materials, drawings, and pick lists
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manage and maintain inventory counts and material tracking systems
- Pull, stage, and prepare materials based on bills of materials and work orders
- Cut pipe and prepare materials for fabrication and welding operations
- Deliver materials to production workstations to support workflow efficiency
- Load and unload trucks while verifying incoming shipments for accuracy
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment safely
- Ensure all materials are properly labeled and identified
- Complete inventory, receiving, and production documentation accurately
- Maintain organization of warehouse and outdoor storage areas
- Cross-train and assist with hydro testing and painting operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Fabrication or welding shop experience
- Experience working with pipe, steel, or industrial materials
- Forklift and overhead crane certifications
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and material handling machinery
- Weld fabrication shop and outdoor storage areas
- Exposure to machinery, fabrication equipment, weather conditions, and industrial materials
- Physically active role requiring continuous movement throughout the day
- May work independently for extended periods while supporting production operations
- Stable Monday Friday schedule
