Da/Pro Rubber is seeking a Post Cure Inspector/Material Handler to join our team at our Broken Arrow facility. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and handling rubber components to ensure they meet quality standards. This is an overnight, full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute to the final stages of production.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and dry rubber parts using industrial cleaning equipment.
- Determine the correct temperature and time for heating cycles as per established traveler specifications.
- Adjust dryer controls and observe prescribed temperature settings.
- Load parts into dryers and remove them once the cycle is complete, allowing parts to cool.
- Inspect parts for conformance to specifications, identifying defects such as cracks, marks, holes, tears, and contamination.
- Separate defective components and notify supervisors if defects are excessive.
- Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and follow all safety protocols.
Occasionally: walk, enter data, and use a ten‑key pad.
Frequently: sit while performing tasks.
Constantly: reach, grab, and touch components during inspections.
Other: near and medium‑distance vision, color recognition, good hearing, and the ability to don and doff cleanroom attire as required.
