Alfa Laval in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an Unit Manager for Production to lead a team of over 170 staff and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
You will support the Factory Manager on strategic projects, ensure standardized work and SOPs, and partner with EHS and Quality to embed ALPS practices on the shop floor.
This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least five years in manufacturing leadership.
