Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | Overtime Fridays as needed Pay:$26.00+/hour DOE
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM-3:30 AM | Overtime Fridays as needed Pay:$26.00+/hour DOE Swiss CNC experience may qualify for pay above $30/hour.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Minimum 5 years of CNC setup and changeover experience
- CNC programming experience with a strong understanding of G-code and M-code
- Ability to set up and operate both CNC mills and lathes
- Experience producing precision parts to close tolerances
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team in Broken Arrow. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality, close-tolerance components. The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform setups and changeovers, make program adjustments, troubleshoot machining issues, and maintain strict quality standards. Swiss CNC experience is highly valued and may qualify candidates for compensation above $30/hour.

– Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and changeovers
- Load, verify, and adjust CNC programs
- Make program edits using G-code and M-code
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, job layouts, and work instructions
- Interpret GD&T and maintain required dimensional tolerances
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
- Monitor tooling and make necessary offsets and adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, programming, and production issues
- Work with programmers to resolve unusual or complex machining challenges
- Build, maintain, and organize tooling as needed
- Maintain accurate production paperwork and data collection
- Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, productivity, and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Haas CNC experience preferred
- Swiss CNC machining experience is a strong plus
- Experience machining complex or close-tolerance components
- Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working in a precision machine shop or high-mix manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
