Position: CNC Machinist

Location: Broken Arrow, OK

Pay: Starting at $22/hour

Experience:

Previous CNC machining experience required

Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment

Oilfield, valve, or heavy industrial machining experience is a plus

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Job Description:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision valve components and other oilfield equipment parts

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions

Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures

Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed to maintain part specifications

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment

Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy

Identify and troubleshoot machining issues

Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized

Position Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes

Experience using precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and make machine adjustments

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift and move materials as required
