RISE Armament is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Parts Finisher to join our production team. This position is responsible for detabbing and deburring machined parts to ensure they meet our quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

• Remove machining tabs from finished parts
• Deburr parts and remove sharp edges or excess material
• Use hand files, deburring tools, a bench grinder or belt sander, and a tumbler
• Inspect finished parts for visible defects or incomplete finishing
• Separate and report questionable or nonconforming parts
• Count, label, organize, and move parts to the correct production area
• Enter and complete production information using company systems
• Meet established production and quality standards
• Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive work
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a production team
• Ability to frequently use your hands for detailed work
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Previous manufacturing or deburring experience is helpful but not required. RISE Armament will provide training on the tools, equipment, quality standards, and processes used in this position.
