Demand Generation Manager –North AmericaPosition Overview

The Demand Generation Manager willbe responsible forbuilding and executing integrated marketing programsthat drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth for OK Alone in the United States. Thisnewly createdrole will focus ondigital-first strategies,leveragingpaid media,GEO/SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation to generate qualified leads across priority sectorsin North America.

The ideal candidate combinesstrategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands the nuances of an immature market, and can adapt campaigns to educate buyers while driving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own theNorth Americandemand generation strategy, aligned with OKAlone’sGTM priorities and revenue goals.
  • Definecampaign objectives, KPIs, and budgetsfor digital channels (GEO/SEO, PPC, paid social, display).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director andsalesteam to ensurealignment between marketing and sales.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Launch and optimizemulti-channel campaignstargeting industries and regions.
  • Work with our Performance Marketing Manager to deliverpaid media programs(Google Ads, Linked In Ads) and ensure keyword targeting reflects sector-specific pain points.
  • Overseemarketing automation workflowsin Pardot/Salesforce for lead nurturing and scoring, with an Automation Manager toexecute campaigns.
  • Create focused ABMcampaigns for selected prospects in key industry segments.
  • Content & Messaging
  • Work withinternalcontent teams to createsegment-specific assets(blogs, whitepapers, webinars, video) that educate and convert.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with OKAlone’svalue propositionand messaging hierarchy.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track campaign performance across channels; report onlead volume, CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Use data tocontinuouslyoptimizetargeting, creative, and spend allocation.
  • Partnership & Event Support
  • Collaborate onco-marketing initiativeswith partners.
  • Supportevent-driven campaignswith pre- and post-event digital amplification.
