Role:
Performance Marketing Associate

Location:

Remote, anywhere in the USA with reliable Wi‑Fi

Compensation: $40,000 annually + monthly performance bonuses (starting after 3 months)

What You’ll Do
  • Launch and Optimize Campaigns:
    Develop fun, engaging campaigns to drive results for clients across Meta, Google, and Tik Tok.
  • Daily Optimizations:
    Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying top-performing creatives and audiences. Replace low-performing ads with new tests inspired by top performers.
  • Data Analysis:
    Use tools like HYROS, Mix Panel, and Microsoft Clarity to track attribution and user behavior, improving campaign outcomes.
  • Creative

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad scripts, provide briefs, and suggest innovative ad ideas.
  • Funnel Improvements:
    Edit and optimize client funnels, update landing pages, create split tests, and suggest actionable solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Strategic Testing:
    Plan and execute tests for new ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to drive better results.
  • Budget Management:
    Ensure every dollar spent is optimized for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
What We Look For
  • Marketing

    Experience:

    Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or media buying is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to track data, manage budgets, and achieve KPIs.
  • Platform Familiarity:
    Experience with Meta and/or Google is a plus but not required.
  • Funnel Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of funnel-building platforms like Click Funnels or Go High Level  is preferred.
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Familiarity with attribution tools (HYROS or similar) and analytics tools (Mix Panel, Microsoft Clarity) is a bonus.
  • Creativity: A knack for brainstorming and proposing new creative directions that align with client goals.
  • Collaboration:

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with creative and strategy teams.
