Base pay range$20,000.00/yr - $40,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Creating, implementing and optimizing advertising strategies on Google Ads
- Analyzing and reporting, directly communicating with clients
- Writing high-converting, persuasive ad copy
- Coming up with new and innovative campaign plans and strategies
- Fluent in English
- 2y+ Experience with Google Ads for Ecommerce
- Understanding of marketing strategies, analytics and business principles
- Passion for online marketing and digital growth strategies
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Be efficient, organized and data driven
- A positive, problem solving attitude
- Have experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Feed Optimization
- Have experience with Shopify
- Have experience with Microsoft Ads
- Speak German
- Always seek optimization opportunities
- Looking for a “typical” 9–5 role
- Have only worked with $1000/month budgets
- Need constant instruction or can’t self-prioritize
- Uncomfortable with high-expectation environments
- Do not thrive when trusted with full account responsibility
- Avoid direct feedback or communication
- Ability to work from any location with flexible working hours
