Campus Community Coordinator NSU Wesley VISTA
Northeastern State University (NSU) Wesley Foundation’s primary focus is to encourage, educate, challenge, comfort, support, and nurture members of the NSU campus community. By strengthening organizational capacity and promoting student health, wellness, housing stability, and food sovereignty at Northeastern State University, Wesley addresses poverty-related challenges affecting students and their families by building a strong network of campus and community resources.
Member Duties :The NSU Wesley Foundation seeks to build its capacity by increasing student participation in leadership roles and community volunteer opportunities. The Youth Leadership & Mentoring Coordinator VISTA will organize campus service projects that expand and improve support for people affected by poverty on and around campus. These efforts will address health outcomes, access to education, adequate housing, and daily needs, including food insecurity.
