Overview
Join our pediatric care team as a compassionate Nurse Practitioner in a flexible 4-day workweek role. This position offers 32 patient-facing hours per week with full-time pay ($100,000–$120,000+), weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and two flexible weekday shifts. Responsibilities- Conduct exams, diagnose, and treat patients
- Support families with pediatric well-child visits and urgent care
- Collaborate with a team to emphasize work-life balance, teamwork, and professional growth
- Participate in onboarding and contribute to a supportive environment
- Active certification/license (APR, PNP, FNP, or PA)
- Pediatric assessment skills
- EMR experience
- Preferred bilingual skills
