Overview

Cherokee Nation Home Health Services (CNHHS) is a non-profit health care agency with 40+ years of operation. Our main office is in Tahlequah, OK, and clinical staff provide home health services to 14+ surrounding counties. You do not have to be Native American to apply for CNHHS.

A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home as ordered by a physician and per the plan of care.

• Graduate of a state approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) where practicing.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing preferred.
• Current state Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.
