We are hiring two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a growing behavioral health clinic with two office locations in the greater Tulsa metro area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatric-certified provider who has a genuine interest in behavioral health and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients. The right candidate will have strong clinical judgment, a passion for mental health care, and a willingness to continue learning and growing within the specialty.
Psychiatric certification is required.
CompensationBase Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
ScheduleThe normal clinic schedule is:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - approximately noon
Providers may occasionally participate in additional rotating coverage, which can include vacation coverage, holidays, weekends, or inpatient behavioral health coverage. When assigned to weekend or additional rotation coverage, providers will receive scheduled days off during the week to help balance the schedule.

The right candidate will have a strong interest in mental health, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in an outpatient behavioral health clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with behavioral health and mental health needs
- Develop and manage treatment plans based on patient needs
- Prescribe and monitor medications within scope of practice
- Provide patient education, support, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and support teams
- Participate in outpatient telemedicine clinic coverage as needed, typically 1-2 days per week
- Assist with occasional rotating inpatient behavioral health coverage, including weekends, holidays, and vacation coverage when scheduled
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with clinical standards
- Active Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Psychiatric certification required
- Strong interest and passion for behavioral health care required
- Prescriptive authority required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable providing both in-person and telemedicine services
- Flexible and willing to assist with occasional rotating coverage when scheduled
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills

Education and CertificationDegree:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
Board Certification:
Current Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
