Currently Available Shifts
- 5:45 am to 6 pm – Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday
- Now offering $26 – $30 per hour, depending on experience
- Shift differential pay
- Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift
- Monthly contests and employee appreciation events
- Assist in all aspects of nursing as a highly motivated team member
- Provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans
- Assess and document residents’ conditions and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities
- Administer medications
- Start IVs and perform treatments for assigned residents
- Document treatments as required
- Use supplies efficiently, maintain equipment clean and ensure a safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Oklahoma required
- Valid CPR certification
- Team‑oriented collaboration skills
- Effective communication with residents, families, and all organizational levels
- Ability to respond decisively in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
