Registered Nurse - Day Shift RN Join the Franciscan Villa team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma!
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our day shift, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. At Franciscan Villa, we are committed to delivering compassionate and personalized care, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments, as well as monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and conditions.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and other nurses, to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge and best practices.

RequirementsCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
