QA Manager

Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with flexibility to support 24/7 operations)

Are you a compliance‑driven leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated QA Manager to join our fast‑paced manufacturing site.

As the lead for Quality and Compliance, you will oversee the standards across multiple shifts (Days/Nights), ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest industry benchmarks. You will be the guardian of quality, bridging the gap between our operational teams and our rigorous safety standards.

• Standards & Compliance: Maintain and audit internal quality systems to ensure 100% compliance with industry regulations.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with Shift Managers (across Shifts D, E, F, and G) to ensure quality protocols are followed 24/7.
• Auditing: Lead internal audits and prepare the site for external inspections.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in non‑conformance and implement corrective actions to drive site efficiency.
• Reporting: Produce detailed quality reports for the senior management team.

• Experience: Proven track record in a QA Management or Senior Lead role within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Eye for Detail: You don’t just spot mistakes; you find the root cause and fix it.
• Communication: Ability to influence and coach teams across different shift patterns to maintain high standards.
