Quality Manager

Harper Fox Partners are supporting a global business who are planning for their next phase of aggressive growth and continued expansion across Oklahoma. They are a leading global provider in sustainable products and solutions, supporting a variety of different sectors.

A key part of recent success has been attributed to the demand in supporting Data Center development across North America, so this Quality Manager appointment will focused on establishing a strong foundation to build upon with ample opportunity for continued progression within the business, both at a local level and on a global scale.

• Develop QHSE management systems
• Strong focus on driving improvements, developing procedures, maintaining compliance across teams and functions, influencing leadership and driving organizational change
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental areas
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field required (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) or relevant experience
• 5 - 7+ years relevant work experience leading teams and Quality processes/systems
• ISO
  9000: 2000 standard and/or ASME Quality Control System
