The world's leader in innovative, energy solutions, Solar Turbines, is looking for an experienced Inspector to manage quality control processes at our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, facility. The Inspector will perform detailed inspections and complete job documentation, utilizing PCDMIS-2021 for machine validation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage in‑depth analysis and documentation of parts using manual and machine inspection tools.
- Conduct inspections using CMM/Laser machines and related measurement equipment.
- Document findings and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing teams.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Vernier, dial & digital calipers
- Surface plates
- Gage blocks & length standards
- Bore gages (all types)
- Tube, blade, groove and depth micrometers
- Thread plug gages, ring gages
- Height gages
- Radius gages
- Conduct Deburr Checks
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience with quality assurance, mechanical inspection or machining in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of PCDMIS solid model use and inspection.
- Proficient in geometry and trigonometry.
- Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y 14.5).
$24.00 – $36.00 per hour.
