Hydro Tester
The candidate will be responsible for performing basic assembly, conducting quality inspections, and learning to hydro test units. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities- Perform basic assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on units.
- Learn and perform hydrostatic testing operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards during all tasks.
- Engage in pressure testing and quality control processes.
- Experience with quality assurance and control.
- Understanding of pressure pipe systems and hydrostatic testing.
- Proficient in blueprint reading.
- Skilled in using calipers, gauges, and various measuring tools.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in manufacturing.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in QC, assembly, or hydro testing.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Experience in paint prep or masking is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment, where you will be exposed to loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles typical of fabrication shops. The working schedule is Monday through Friday, and the required personal protective equipment includes hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA-compliant safety boots.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broken Arrow, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
