Temp Cadet Prep & Service Specialist

The Oklahoma Military Department is seeking a Temporary Food Service worker to support Thunderbird Challenge Program meals. You will prepare and serve meals for cadets, maintain sanitary work areas, and follow master menus and dietary instructions.

You will operate kitchen equipment, assist with meat, poultry, and fish preparation, and help with storing food and preparing required reports. This role requires readiness to work weekends and shifts, and to pass background checks as required.
