Sales Associate

We are looking for part‑time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. The role involves welcoming customers, providing product knowledge, ensuring the store is organized, and maintaining a seamless checkout experience.

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs, sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
• Support the team to achieve overall store and company objectives.

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Move merchandise up to 25 lbs; position merchandise up to 5–10 ft high.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Position oneself to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and sales floor.
• Exchange information with customers on telephone and face‑to‑face; communicate accurately with managers and coworkers.
• Move across the sales floor assisting customers and retrieving stock from the stock room.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
• Identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, schedules, and SOPs.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80 % of the time.
