Salary

Hourly Wage: $16 - $32 per hour.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Optional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, maintaining proper food safety standards, moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and ensuring Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
