Provide daily direction to department associates and lead firearm sales and compliance with ATF, state, local laws and company policies;
Ensure safe handling, safety, operations, and customer experience standards in the firearms department;
Staff the department with service-oriented associates, participate in interviewing, training, and performance reviews, and prepare weekly work schedules;
Maintain product expertise through ongoing knowledge training and conduct product demos for staff;
Coordinate special events, pricing integrity, inventory accuracy, and proper display and signing of advertised items; support supervisory duties as assigned
