The Tru Green Field Sales Representative is the face of our company, engaging homeowners in their neighborhoods to introduce personalized lawn‑care solutions.
What You’ll Do- Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions to build trust and satisfaction.
- Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vigor.
- Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn‑care needs.
- Convert prospects from “just looking” to sign‑ups using proven sales methodology and processes.
- Log interactions and track performance in CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through.
- Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to enhance their lawns.
- High school diploma or GED (a degree in People Skills encouraged).
- Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills for small talk and closing conversations.
- Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25pounds outdoors.
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions; average income $875–$1,200 per week.

Pay Range$27,669.00–$58,865.00. This range reflects qualifications, experience, training, and location.
