Inside Sales Representative

As an Inbound Sales Representative, training is provided; however, you must have a polished phone manner and preferably some sales experience.

• You will be answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls, and then qualifying specific information from customers seeking internet services for their home or business.
• Once the opportunity is qualified, you will be inputting client information into our company database and explain the AtLink Services various packages and the value / benefit of our Internet service solutions.
• Answer client questions and suggest the best solution based upon stated and uncovered client needs.
• Close the transaction and schedule the installation appointment.
• Contact pre-installation customers via phone and email for installation reminders.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• As a full time, hourly + commission-based position, your earnings are uncapped!

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of Sales or related experience preferred
• Accomplished Customer Service background
• Strong at both oral and written communication
• Ability to persuade others to change their mind or behavior
• Dependable Team Player willing to have fun on the job
• Technical competency and effective use of a PC required
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Natural ability to connect with customers
• Skilled at Typing
• Possess a high level of professionalism
