The Mission

As our lead for the US market, you'll own the full sales cycle — from first touch to closed deal. You'll prospect into dental practices across the country, run compelling demos, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and build the kind of relationships that generate referrals for years.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cycle and annual revenue targets. You’ll design the playbook, not just follow it.
  • Pipeline Generation: You build it. Cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, events. You don't wait for leads to fall in your lap.
  • Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. You run the whole thing. You’re the person who knows how to turn a 'maybe' into a 'yes'.
  • Territory Development: You'll map your market, identify the best‑fit practices, and work a smart, consistent strategy to penetrate them.
  • Data‑Driven Growth: Keep Hub Spot tight and use CRM insights to forecast accurately, identify bottlenecks, and pivot strategies in real‑time.
  • Cross‑Functional Magic: You're on the front lines. Share what you're hearing in the field with product and marketing so we get better together.
Who You Are

  • The Software Seller: You understand SaaS. You can explain ROI, speak to integrations, and handle the 'we already have a system' objection in your sleep.
  • The Grit: You're coachable, competitive, and obsessed with getting better. You thrive in the fast‑paced, sometimes chaotic energy of a scaling company. You see a challenge and think, 'Watch this'.
  • The Team Player: You care more about the team’s win than your own ego.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5-10+ years of B2B Sales experience (full-cycle experience preferred).
  • Background in dental, healthcare or health‑tech is a required
    .
  • Experience selling into DSOs is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline independently – not just working inbound queues.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment where the playbook is still being written.
