SaaS Account Executive | PE-Backed Supply Chain
This fully remote SaaS company is on a mission to revolutionize how mid-market manufacturers and distributors manage supply chains. Grown organically, they scaled revenues to nearly $10M with minimal outbound sales efforts and now, backed by a top PE firm, they’re building and revving up the sales engine to hit ambitious growth targets. You’ll join a tight-knit team where you will be part of establishing strong sales processes.
CompensationThis range is provided by One Eighty Collective. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
- Additional compensation types:
Commission
- 100% Hunting (all new business, no farming/existing client sales)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close (to midmarket manufacturing and distribution companies)
- Self-source leads (about 70%) and leverage inbound leads from marketing and partner channels (30%)
- Run outbound campaigns using Apollo, Clay, and Hubspot
- Drive deals averaging $30–40k ARR with a 3–4 month sales cycle
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, ICP, and go-to-market strategies
- 2–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Background in early-stage or high-growth companies (under $50M ARR)
- Demonstrated success in a 100% hunting role - building and closing your own pipeline
- High autonomy, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable in ambiguity and eager to contribute to sales process design
- Strong plus skills: experience with supply chain, inventory management, or ERP platforms, or selling to manufacturers
- Competitive base + bonus (150-180k OTE)
