To set every team member up for long‑term success, all OKC hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas before launching in the OKC market.

During training, you’ll work directly with experienced leaders, learn our proven sales and leadership systems, and gain hands‑on experience managing restoration projects.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass & Build Relationships
• Inspect & Educate
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build Your Pipeline
• Generate referrals and create long‑term relationships in your territory

• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Coachable with leadership potential
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
