Work Flexibility
Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and have a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.
Remote – This role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.
Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. The expectation to be onsite will be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.

As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Confidently conducting product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value.
- Tracking territory progress systematically and proactively communicating wins with Sales Representatives to exceed goals.
- Using product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems onsite and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff about proper use and maintenance.
- Providing excellent service and assisting customers whenever the need arises.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
1-2 years in medical sales or B2B sales is preferred.
Travel RequirementApproximately 20% travel. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
Physical RequirementsMedium work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects; coordination of eye, hand, and foot with the ability to grasp by hand; meeting cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention.

Base salary of $70,000, with potential bonus and benefits.
Travel percentage: 20%.
