Position:
Leasing Consultant

• As the first point of contact, promote available apartments and use sales skills to turn tours into leases.
• Greet and assist residents and guests in the community clubhouse; answer incoming calls; maintain clubhouse and amenities cleanliness as directed by the Community Director.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads.
• Present leases and lease renewals; prepare leases and process resident applications.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.

• Effective communication and customer service skills; excellent oral and written communication.
• Persuasive marketing and sales techniques.
• Past leasing experience preferred.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.
