Sales Specialist – customer‑facing tire sales expert inside a premium automotive dealership.

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

• Base pay: $28.34–$30.85 per hour.
• Target annual commission: $13,200.
• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2months).
• Medical, dental, vision – 50% coverage.
• 401(k) match up to 7%.
• PTO eligibility after 30days (up to 19 days annually).
• Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week.
