RoleSales Specialist – customer‑facing tire sales expert inside a premium automotive dealership.
What You’ll Do- Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
- Perform quick visual inspections.
- Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
- Provide pricing and close sales.
- Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
- Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
- 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment.
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).
- Base pay: $28.34–$30.85 per hour.
- Target annual commission: $13,200.
- Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2months).
- Medical, dental, vision – 50% coverage.
- 401(k) match up to 7%.
- PTO eligibility after 30days (up to 19 days annually).
- Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week.
