The Sales Representative is responsible for developing BradyPLUS’ growing Jan/San segment. Working with BradyPLUS CRM, sales representatives will follow up on leads, identify key markets, and use BradyPLUS’ sales process to grow the division. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualify new leads, develop key relationships and identify and resolve customer concerns.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Representative is responsible for developing BradyPLUS’ growing Jan/San segment. Working with BradyPLUS CRM, sales representatives will follow up on leads, identify key markets, and use BradyPLUS’ sales process to grow the division. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualify new leads, develop key relationships and identify and resolve customer concerns.
Responsibilities Include- Coordinates with Sales Manager to drive and support corporate programs with a focus on chemicals, paper, and other key janitorial segments
- Develop and implement plans to penetrate sales in Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Food service industries
- Maximize their industry and increase product knowledge to help customers navigate alternatives and avoid potential pitfalls
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
- Identifies and resolves client concerns
- Additional duties or special projects as assigned.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- High School Diploma required, college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred
- Must be licensed to operate a vehicle
- Must have and maintain “satisfactory” driving record
- Physical Requirements:
occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
