Senior Suites is looking for a Facility Maintenance person to meet the physical needs of the community! Apply to join our team today!
Job Duties- Fixing and working on call lights (training will be provided)
- Changing light bulbs
- Fixing TV's
- Installing toiletry dispensers
- Patching and painting walls as needed
- Renovation of rooms under the guidance of our maintenance director
- Working on and fixing hospital beds (training will be provided)
- Assisting in room moves for admitting residents or room re assignment
- Functional literacy in English is required
- Basic knowledge in general maintenance
- Ability to pass a back ground check
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems preferred
- Physical ability to lift/carry/operate equipment and supplies is necessary
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
