At Prince Telecom, LLC, as a Technician Fiber Installation, you’ll set up and maintain the fiber optic networks that connect people. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, fix any problems, and keep the network uninterrupted.

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber‑optic internet and telephone services per guidelines.
• Install, set up, and configure all equipment.
• Identify and attempt to remedy sources of customer‑perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record.

• Routinely: work at heights, in confined spaces, and alone in remote locations; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, work with arms above shoulder level; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse.
