Location:
Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States.
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance repair, works with the PM's system, installs new equipment, upgrades, and orders parts and materials. They assist in supervising outside services as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Shift Hours3:00pm – 11:30pm
Responsibilities- Assist with all aspects of general operation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment, perform new installations, and perform PMs.
- Troubleshoot and respond to normal operating problems and emergency situations.
- Knowledge of high- and low-voltage systems, transformers, and primary/secondary feeds.
- Check malfunctioning equipment and implement corrective actions.
- Monitors operation and maintains CNC machinery, punching and bending machines, crane, motors, grinders, hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, electrical and compressed air piping, filters, etc.
- Ensure work is performed efficiently with minimal disruption.
- Prioritize all PMs, corrective and emergent work orders (annual, monthly, weekly, daily).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and address environmental health and safety issues.
- Ensure adequate inventory of tools and supplies; periodically check inventory levels and equipment conditions.
- Support production department with any machine, tool, equipment urgency under maintenance responsibility.
- Willing to work special projects during scheduled off-shifts.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Good interpersonal skills, strong teamwork, and effective communication.
- Prior knowledge of the electrical code.
- Training in at least one trade (electrical, mechanical, machine maintenance).
- Familiar with PMs and CMMS (e.g., Brightly Asset Essentials).
- Physically able to operate electric and hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, and operate required equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. The pay range for this position is $64K – $86K annually. The actual wage offered may vary depending on budget and candidate experience, skills, and location.
