- Expert Irrigation Service:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping. - Sales & Consulting:
Conduct system audits and recommend water‑saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client’s property. - Seasonal Maintenance:
Perform essential startups, shut‑downs, and winterizations. - Landscaping:
Assist with property aesthetics through light landscape work and bed maintenance (pruning, mulching, and weeding). - Client Relations:
Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers.
- Sales Mindset: A background in irrigation sales or the ability to confidently suggest and close system upgrades.
- Customer Service Excellence:
Strong relationship‑building skills and a "client‑first" attitude. - Problem‑Solving Knack: A passion for troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team‑player who is also comfortable working independently.
- Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to landscape maintenance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
1+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair. - Customer Service:
Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must. - Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions. - Driver’s License:
Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment. Candidates must meet all screening requirements as a condition of employment.
