CDL Driver – Septic Installation & Maintenance

Milty's Boys Septic is looking for a motivated truck driver to serve our septic clients in and around the Oklahoma area.

Location:

Broken Arrow, OK 74014

Pay: $18 - $24 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (Home daily)

• Transport septic waste over land to company designated wastewater treatment facility and unload waste water.
• Pump septic tanks and assist in septic inspections.
• Routinely dig anywhere from 6 inches to 3 feet in all types of terrain to expose septic tanks and drain lines.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet daily schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods, miles driven, and retain fuel/toll receipts.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as company policies and procedures.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.

• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).
• Good attitude.
• Coachable attitude – example of an A-Player employee.
• Able to pass drug screening as required by DOT.
• Good communication skills with customers, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure customer and company needs are met.
• Problem solving.
• High energy and physically capable of squatting, bending, pulling and lifting.
• Follow protocols and be detail‑oriented.
• Goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn.
• Valid Class A or B CDL truck driving license with tanker endorsement.

$18 - $24 per hour with room for advancement and promotion.
