The Local Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Broken Arrow, OK, responsible for overseeing daily moving and logistics operations. This role manages local teams, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and timely service delivery. The Local Operations & Dispatcher manages workflow, addresses operational issues, and coordinates with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, supporting process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and assisting with budgeting and cost control. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, coaching team members, and collaborating with leadership to align local operations with broader company goals.

- Proficiency with common office and logistics software ( e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling or dispatch systems. )
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Broken Arrow, OK, including occasional early, late, or weekend hours as operations require.
